Blender Version
Broken: 3.0
Worked: 2.93

"Failed to replace function free in module ucrtbase.dll"
when i start blender it shows the CMD then it start "Blender has stopped working"

Never saw bug like this. Do you have some antivirus program running? can you check if this happens when you turn it off?

Hi @Dimas Nugroho (Froyo_Fire), set TBB_MALLOC_DISABLE_REPLACEMENT=1 from console before running blender application.

I asked on #blender-triagers for the help. tbbmalloc was causing the issue. So try disabling that from defined env variable.
