Short description of error
Ruler doesn't work in front view if snap incremental/grid its enable

in blender 2.93 didn't snap to grid either but at least it worked, didn't fly to infinity

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1-Open blender
2-Go to front view
3-Enable snap, incremental mode
4-Switch active tool to Measure
5- Click in the viewport and drag to try to measure

as you see in this video, sometimes could work fine, most of the time it fails
