nodes disappear when save startup file even if they are fake user

Description

System Information
Operating system: Window 10
Graphics card: RTX 2080Ti

Blender Version
Broken: 3 but i had sames issues on previews versions 2.93.5
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

When i append with Fake User Custom Nodes stored in a blender file, they appear in in the Outliner "Orphan" marked as Fake user (see attached files) but when i Save the startup File or only save my file to my Desktop, they disappear.

Please find attached the different steps i used but i even can't send you my blender files with nodes (fake user) because as mentioned when i save this files nodes disappear.

Sure!

Richard looked at your reported issue, and he tested and confirmed that he was able to reproduce the issue. He has tagged the specific area of the code, called a Module , that the issue falls under. A developer who works in that area now must look at this report and decided how to handle the issue.

I cannot reproduce. Please provide full specific steps, and library file to append nodes from.

Hi Bastien,

Here is my Blender file with my Registered Nodes i want to append.
When i retryed to append it works now;( but i know this issue happens randomly and i didn't find the reason why.

Hi Bastien,

unfortunatly i didn't succeed reproducing it.

As it is my first bug report (and please believe me it was) could you tell me what is the procedure if the problem occurs once again?
Do I have to recreate a ticket or should I reactivate this one?
