Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19042-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 456.71

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.0.0, branch: master, commit date: 2021-12-02 18:35, hash: rBf1cca3055776
Worked: 2.93.7
Short description of error
When you move your keyframe in Dope Sheet or Timeline DeltaX does not show you how many frame you move it on X axis, but rather the frame numbers you are currently holding them on.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Make a keyframe of any value. Go to Timeline or DopeSheet window, grab your keyframe dot and move to either left or right. DeltaX shows you on which frame you are holding your keyframe rather than how many frames it moved since initial position
