Short description of error
Mute Icon of constraints doesn't get purple or driver's context menu, despite driver being still there and working. The icon is not toggable though, if the driver is valid.
Also, in particular case, by clicking repeatedly on the icon at different short intervals, sometimes it is possible to switch the property on/off despite still being driven.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open file, driver presence should be indicated on constraint disable property.

Just to be clear - it's not only not indicated, but inaccessible for context menu editing also. That is - there is Add/Paste Driver, but no Edit/Copy Driver.
