In links you provided it is mentioned, that this looks like bug in GPU driver. Does this issue coincide with driver being changed? Also I am bit confused, in this report it says, that you are using Intel GPU, not Nvidia.

Steps to reproduce means to reliably make software produce an error. Your steps presuppose we will encounter random behavior that you have. Unless you know exactly what caused this error we can't help much.

I have a double gpu - one intel, one nvidia - and I've been posting this around in order to find a solution, seeing as the problem persisted throughout various solution attempts that I'd seen on developer.blender.org and stackexchange.
Since I don't know what's causing the error - only what's not causing it - I can't provide "means to reliably make software produce the error".
Seeing as I've provided most of the information related to my system that could support the running of blender, I expected that someone in the developer.blender forum may be familiar with such a problem, seeing as the problem has been documented on much earlier versions on both macOS and windows.

This is now the 4th arch+mesa 21.3 issue that's been reported this week alone. Seems like the recent mesa update there has potentially caused this. See other T94209, T94271, and T94094. I would report this upstream to either Arch or Mesa and/or comment on an existing bug there (unsure if there is one).

Thanks, I have missed these reports. Other users report success when downgrading MESA. @blender (blenderuser0) please try to follow this comment https://developer.blender.org/T94209#1276372 and check if this resolves this issue.

Since this is very likely same issue, will merge this.
