Short description of error
In case the rendered image is to large and rendered with tiles, and the end of last tile the image disappears, and cannot be saved anymore
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Load the default cube, switch to cycles, and GPU processing. In "output properties", "Format" select "%" and set it to 400%. Then render (F12)
The image is rendered using tiles (12 in my case)
After the last tile, the image disappears.
On the consol log there are a bunch of error like:
E0102 10:15:30.189354 14820 tile.cpp:468] Error opening tile file: Could not open "C:\Windows\Temp\blender_a21072\cycles-tile-buffer-9540-1314889624184-102-0.exr" (No such file or directory) Error writing tile to file
