Short description of error
When selecting a face and switching to the extrude tool it is in normal mode, see in the upper-left corner, even though the last time I used it it was in XYZ mode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Select a face of a cube and extrude in the XYZ mode
  2. Switch to any other tool
  3. Switch back to the extrude tool and it is in normal mode again
