Hard to describe this one more abstract..

I start with a mesh line primitive (0,0,0) (0,1,0) and extrude it n times along x to get a grid.
Now I try to delete all points with a distance from the y axis greater than d
Whenever d lies between the first and the last extrusion, the edges of the starting primitive are not displayed.
It shows up in the spreadsheet however and reappears if I apply the modifier and tab into edit mode and back

Can confirm and reproduce in new blend file. Just make sure you turn off 'Outline selected' in the overlays menu to see the effect.

Weird that it happens with extrude nodes and not when using the normal Mesh Grid primitive node.
