Description

System Information
Operating system: win10
Graphics card:2070 super, 2080super

Blender Version
Broken: 3.0.1
Worked: none

Short description of error
when dragging a viewport onto another monitor(4k) as rendered view, it becomes extremely lagging.

setups: I have a 3440x1440 as solid shading and another 4k monitor as rendered view

problems:

1, it freezes the entire blender when selecting anything on the solid shading monitor, and rendered view monitor will go black(if selecting on the 4k rendered view monitor it works fine.)
(i also tried 2.83 lts, it will not freeze) this is what's showing on the rendered view after selecting anything and the rendered view monitor goes black

2, doing anything with any object on the solid shading monitor will cause freezing, and rendered view monitor will go black with extremely slow recovery time. (if doing anything on the rendered view monitor directly it will not cause any lag and freezing)
at this instance in the video. i was simply moving a cube and then undoing the movement, this is what slowing on the rendered view monitor

3, navigating the viewport on the solid view monitor when the rendered view monitor is black will cause extreme lag and make the rendered view monitor update forever. at this instance below i was selecting an object, then the blender froze for a few seconds, then I was rotating the viewport and zooming in and out on the solid view monitor(with an extreme lag) the rendered view will update forever unless i stop doing anything.

this is the scene stats

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
maybe get a scene that has similar stats as mine (right now I'm unable to share the scene) and uses 2 monitors, one for editing and a 4k monitor for rendered view

In order to reproduce and fix an issue we need simplified example file or steps to reproduce such file. Can you remove as much objects as possible so issue is still present, but file is shareable?
