Go to sculpt mode and use any mesh filter

More likely it's same issue as reported in T96035: Some tool settings do not work from the front UI
But I will check before merging.

Caused by the same commit {74611e3555684a22e9a07bd0992a444b571b8083}
Seems safe to merge into T96035: Some tool settings do not work from the front UI
Will close this as duplicate. Thanks for the report.
