Worked: (3.1.0)

Short description of error
Selecting Frame node is hard to do, due to cursor click only works near Frame bounds.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open file and try to select Frame node by clicking in the middle of it -> can't be selected

Hm, yes, this was indeed an intentional change (please see D13737 for details).
Think we have to close (but of course feel free to comment again if issues persist).
