Short description of error
Click and dragging on nodes and node outputs are unresponsive.
Box select also unresponsive in node editors.

Experiencing in all node systems.

Hi, Thanks for the report.
I've noticed similar issue while checking T96242.
sometimes Noodle is not generated when that node is not selected. Though I'm not sure if this problem is related to yours.
Can you please elaborate the issue? Screen recording will also help.

Similar Problem on a specific Zoom size of the geometry nodes editor. When the nodes are so small, that I can't read them, the sockets responds fine, when I zoom in, I can only successfully drag out a noodle every fifths or so time. There is no difference for me if the node is selected or not. The problem does not occur in the shader editor.

Edit:
Just find out, that it does work when I start click/drag on the Last letter of the property I am trying to connect the socket of. So the active zone is not directly on the socket icon, but a bit left of it.

@mw (fuchsundbaer) hi, can you check T96255: Node socket click detection is broken in some cases?
It's probably the same issue as yours.
I'm bit uncertain about this report. Information is insufficient for me to understand the exact problem

@Pratik Borhade (PratikPB2123) Seems to be the same error. As if the active area of the socket is not aligned with the icon of the socket anymore in certain zoom levels.

Hi, issue reported in T96255 is fixed now. So please test again with latest development builds: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
If problem persists, please comment here or submit new report.
