System Information
Operating system: intel core i5-9400F/ 16Gb ram/ win11 pro x64
Graphics card: nividia GTX 1660

Blender Version
3.1v [latest]

Short description of error
This bug "described in video and screenshots" happen when I select multiple objects and try to edit their uv maps all at once or vertex color.
I tried older versions like 3.0 and everything was perfect and I didn't see any problem



Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
-select all objects and go to edit mode to edit their UV

Can you try disabling GPU subdivision to see if it helps? Turn Preferences -> Viewport -> Subdivison -> GPU Subdivision off.
