Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
The render result usually can be translated on the screen, with middle mouse button as far as i recall, but current version only zooms in top right corner.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender
Press F12
Try to move the render result around
