Short description of error
Hello there, i've had a problem since blender 3.0 with my Huion tablet (Kamvas 13 pro) when I try to sculpt with it in sculpt mode. I binded the middle mouse button on the button on the pen to navigate the 3d viewport but sometimes, when I release the button the 3d view jumps to another point in the space. I tryed to change blend file but everytime the problems presents itself

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Use the main window of blender on the secondary monitor given by Huion tablet. Bind the middle mouse button to the button on the pen. Try to orbit around in Sculpt Mode and randomly the viewport will jump when releasing the pen button.

I put in the post a video I recorded with my phone, maybe is more clear to see the issue.

I am also having the same issue with Huion HS610 Tablet on blender 3.1， but not just in sculpt mode also in edit mode as will. Especially after you focus on selection and quickly double click the mid mouse button for rotation.
Things worked fine in blender 2.9. (not sure if this is the blender problem or tablet driver issue )

Do you have this issue with "Windows Ink" ? (I remember reports with similar issues where Windows Ink does not cause this problem)

Yes is the same issue, i switched from Automatic to Windows Ink and the issue has been fixed. Thanks a lot!
