Short description of error
Animation: Unable to select bone from another armature in pose mode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Open the shared blend file, with bone_right selected press the up arrow or down arrow to navigate through the animation.
  • Next select bone_left, it seems impossible.
  • To select bone_left you have to go to object mode and select it, and go back to pose mode

I can't reproduce this issue. Can you check if this happens when you click on File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings?

Yes i tried that, but is not working. Can you please make sure that you are selecting bone_left, note that in the file bone_left is highlighted but it is not selected. Please make sure.

I can't redo this with LMB or RMB select key-map enabled.

Can you guys please share a screenshot when you select bone_left? I have try this in 2 different computers and I m still unable to select the bone_left when I m in pose mode, note that the bone is highlighted but not selected.
This is what I m getting so far
