System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: Nvidia 3090 RTX Suprim X MSI

Blender Version
Broken: 3.1
Worked: I dont know

When opening blender 3.1, the app does not open at first, but sometimes opens after 3-4 tries.
Same issue when opening a file from blender.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Click on Blender.exe or Blender launcher.exe > wont open blender 3.1 at first. Will open Blender 3.1 after 3-4 tries.
When Blender is opened, click on open file > blender crashes when opening the file if the current session is not saved already.

This happens with any type of files. Even the startup file.

Did it ever work? With an older version maybe?

Please also check if you have the latest drivers installed (GPU..).

Worked well with 3.0. The problem appeared with 3.1.
I updated the GPU drivers, it's not affecting anything.

I tried reinstalling Blender, did not work.
Worked fine now after reinstalling windows.
