Caused by rB89fd3afd1efb: UI: Support pressing Ctrl+F over UI lists to search

Finally figured out why Blender sometimes crashes when I press F3;

-Open blender
-Load factory settings
-Turn on Developer Extras
-Make window smaller than desktop
-Move mouse over desktop (or other app or 2nd monitor - anywhere not over a Blender window)
-Press F3

If you can confirm the bug I hope the fix can make it in to the 3.1.1 update :)
