Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
When i select a vertex with subdivision modifier on, blender crash.
If i disable subdivision i can move vertex and then, if i enable again the modifier, blender crash again

i've downloaded version 2.93.9 and it work correctly

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

is enough to click on vertex with modifier on to experiment crash{F12946047}

This is most likely the same as T96344. You can disable GPU subdivision as a workaround: Preferences -> Viewport -> Subdivision and turning off the GPU option there.
