Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.22000-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 471.11

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.1.0, branch: master, commit date: 2022-03-08 18:16, hash: rBc77597cd0e15
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
I am making an animation of a very complex machine. I created materials, set lights, animated the camera movement and animated individual components / assemblies.
When I render the animation with cycles, it sometimes happens that the moving parts are black in the first frame of the movement. In the frames before and after the material is displayed correctly. Only in this one first frame where the movement begins and also only the components which begin to move. Most of the time it works if I render the single frame again afterwards.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Unfortunately, I can not describe. And unfortunately I can not give out the file for privacy reasons.

This report does not contain all the requested information, which is required for us to investigate the issue.

We need a .blend file (unless based on the default scene) and exact steps to reproduce the problem.

If you can, attempt to create a simple test file (without using private assets) that we can use to reproduce the issue. Then, submit a new report.
Otherwise, we will have to wait until someone else reports the issue with information on how to reproduce.

A guideline for making a good bug report can be found at https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Process/Bug_Reports

I have reduced the file from 2GB to 30MB without packed files and 96MP with packed files.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start rendering by clicking Strg + F12 and see whats happened. Frame 19 and 21 render normally. Frame 20 contains black components. Same at Frame 60 and 160.

Yes, I can confirm this. I will make a new report with my findings.
