Short description of error
Duplicating meta strips does not duplicate sub-strips F-curves

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Create a new video editing Blender project
  2. Add a color strip and a text strip
  3. Specify random keyframes in the text strip
  4. Group both strips into a meta strip
  5. Duplicate the meta strip

Result: newly created strip does not contain animation data
