Not sure what exactly is wrong in your uploaded screenshot.
Hmm maybe geometry of the mirrored mesh is not correct. Is this what you're trying to point out?
Disable GPU subdivision and see if that makes any difference: EditPreferencesViewportSubdivisionGPU Subdivision
Similar problem is also reported in T96845: Regression: GPU Subdivision with mirror/Array modifier shows artifacts
