Short description of error

Foot IK controller stretches the mesh even with IK stretch off.
It seems to stretch only the toe area.
After comparing the working version to the new one there seems to be an extra bone generated in the new release.

  • 3.1.2 : there are two separate bones for the toe named toe followed by FK and IK
  • 3.0.1 : There is only one bone named toe

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Add a human meta rig
  • Generate rig
  • Turn down IK stretch to 0
  • Move foot IK around and it will stretch the Toe
