Description

**12 cores 64 gigs of ram*
Operating system: windows
Graphics card: amd Raydon 6900 xt

3.1.0
Broken: (3.1.0)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
The pixels on the final render seem to be shifted in layers horizontally ever thing besides that was working the whole time the render did have volumes and was very computationally heavy with no optimized meshes
hit render to get the error
I don't know how I got the error I thought it could be something to do with how bright the scene was**

Based on the default startup or an attached. blend file (as simple as possible).

I can reproduce the issue you're reporting when using Blender 3.1.0. However, using Blender 3.1.2 and newer shows no issues.

This is probably the same bug reported here T96381 that was fixed in Blender 3.1.1.

Can you please test the latest version of Blender (3.1.2) and see if it fixes this issue for you? https://www.blender.org/download
