Short description of error
I have blender installed through steam, after the update it stopped working, I tried "set TBB_MALLOC_DISABLE_REPLACEMENT = 1" (T96541)
It did not work for me, blender still shows the same error everytime I try launching it

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
