Short description of error
When using video editor, adding speed adjustment layer to fix audio/video syncing issue. Splicing using shift+k or k results in a completely unsyced video/audio even several minutes off.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
import video, create speed adjustment for the video layer, match the lengths, split using either method will result in an unusable split.
