Downloading with Safari using Mojave may present a problem where, when opening the Blender 3.3 to move to Application folder states that macOS 10.13 or higher is required, yet Mojave is Version 10.14.6 and will not open.

Solution is to download the new Blender 3.3 update either with Google chrome or with Firefox. This I have found out works and the program will place itself in the application folder and will work when initiated.
