Description

where is curve vertex group,
i used shrinkwrap modifer on a curve ,and usd Vertex Group to made hair card .but,there is no Vertex Group,

Curve objects don't support vertex groups. The new curves data-block / object type that is under development supports all generic attributes though (T68981).
