It seems that this addon is not built into blender, which is why it is not supported here.
You can tell the developers of sverchok about such things on their github or in the discord community.

Sverchok work good. Problem in the tooltip of menu. Menu is property of blender. Old version of blender (before 3.2.2 inclusive) show menu tooltip good. What different with menu system of blender versions? I do not see any changes in context menu of any elements of blender.

The Sverchok addon is not maintained by Blender.

In that case you need to either create a simple code snippet (so the developers can work on a fix) or report the bug to the addon's author.

Assigning Blender developers to work on external addons or investigating unsimplified reports is not a good use of time and resources.

I even downloaded and installed the addon to check it out and couldn't replicate the bug:

Hi @Germano Cavalcante (mano-wii). Thank you for check my issue. What blender version you use?

The problem had appeared after these changes - https://developer.blender.org/D14963

In Sverchok we used NodeAddOperator doc string to show tooltip about a node (actually each node got its own subclass). In 3.3 it was overridden by description class method of NodeAddOperator class. It's just a coincidence that new changes applies the same strategy of using doc strings of nodes to show them as a tooltips. Otherwise the problem would be more pronounced. Actually I would expect to see information about such changes on this page - https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/3.3/Python_API.

It certainly not a bug of cause.
