As you can see in the image, the "Object" rna properties (parent, and the array modifier one) are both active:

In fact you can even click on the property to change it (the popup show up, but clicking on it at least doesn't change it):

This is caused by rB7fed4c06c2ff45, which forcefully clears the DISABLED flag on the button... @Julian Eisel (Severin) Think that one is for you, not really clear to me in which case ui_but_add_search could be called more than once on a same button?
