The app crashed but I was able to run the app before, after only reinstalling windows, the app don't open.

This seems like a graphic driver issue. Please double-check if the drivers are up to date and the hardware meets Blender's requirements: https://www.blender.org/download/requirements

Blender supports GeForce 400 and newer, so 930M is certainly supported.

Does another version of Blender work?
Please be sure to inform the last Blender version which worked.

Thank you. I found the solution. I just roll back my driver and it fixed everything. Thanks for the reply
