Hi Blender Support, I'm Matthew Salguero. I've got an issue with my newest Blender installation. I've downloaded one of the rigs from Blender Studio, and it shows me that some colors and hair particles were missing from the rig itself. Also, some of the poses that I've been trying to save in my Pose Library aren't saving correctly. Is there any way I can fix this issue? Please let me know whenever possible. Thanks.

Thanks for the report. I'm not sure whether the file you've been using is free or requires subscription to view.
@Philipp Oeser (lichtwerk) , can you check? I guess you've blender studio subscription

Hi Philipp. Yes, I have a Blender Studio subscription. I'm just having trouble trying to display the file in the render setting.

In my case, I had the same issue, and I only reinstall the software with command line and that solved the issue.

Reg. the first picture:

  • Think the PROXY_autumn_body and PROXY_autumn_scarf are showing and thus covering part of the fur/scarf
  • if this is not the case for you, you'd have to specify exactly what you mean by "it shows me that some colors and hair particles were missing"

wrt. "some of the poses that I've been trying to save in my Pose Library aren't saving correctly":

  • can you give steps to reproduce this error? Please also share the .blend file if neccessary

Hi Philipp. It's Matthew again. Here's the .blend file I meant to send you before. Sorry I didn't write back sooner. Also, what I meant to say about the poses is that they're not saving properly on my Blender 3.3 installation. Basically, Whenever I create a pose in my Pose Library, it doesn't display correctly (it's showing me a pose that looks a bit disfigured from the originals that I created). One more thing, here's how I tried to display the rig in Blender: I opened the rig in the latest installation, add a camera into the scene, and selected Render Image. When I see the rendering, it just shows me that some hair and colors are missing from the rig itself. Let me know what I can do to fix this problem. Thanks.

Hi Philipp. It's Matthew. I sent you the .blend file last week that I've downloaded from Blender Studio to fix thew issue I'm having with Blender 3.3. I'm just confused as to why you haven't written back to me yet. I even sent you the description of the problem I've had lately. If anything comes up, please let me know. Thanks.
