It's bad behavior in time line.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When keys disable view in viewport and render, then Dope sheet keys disappearing in case object on outliner is still active, this case is totally stupid when testing disable view in viewport and render, coz must switching to other object and clicking again to see key in dope sheet.

What moment in the youtube video is expected to see the issue?
Disabling on render and rendering didn't change anything here.
Hiding in viewport deselects the object and the Dope sheet filters only what is selected. Is this related to the problem? If so, has it been reported in T71335: Animating hide_viewport propertie deselect objects
